We want you and your little ones to love every SWEELAH! piece. ❤️ While we carefully check every order before it leaves us, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen.

Refunds and exchanges are only applicable for defective or incorrect items sent and must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
In the original packaging

All requests will be reviewed case-by-case.

Sale, promotional and customised items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

MEASUREMENTS & COLOUR VARIATIONS

Please note that colours may appear slightly different in photos due to lighting and individual screen settings. These slight variations are not considered defects.

As our pieces are carefully made in small batches, please allow a measurement variance of 0.5–1 inch (1.3–2.5 cm) from the measurements stated.

These small variations are part of the production process and are not considered defects.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Once your return or exchange request has been approved, please send the item back to us via a trackable delivery service within 7 days of approval.

Please note that Sweelah will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your approved refund or exchange.

For defective or incorrect items sent by us, we’ll credit the return delivery charges back to you.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 working day once payment has been received and verified.
You can expect to receive your order within 1–3 working days after it has been shipped.
Enjoy FREE standard courier delivery for local orders $60 and above.
Orders below $60 are subject to a $3.90 standard courier delivery fee.
